Payment Mandate: All payments must be made strictly by cheque, payable to BALAJI REAL INFRATECH PVT LTD
Partner Accountability: The Sales Partner is solely responsible for the amount invested by the client and ensuring client satisfaction. The client must settle any dispute regarding money given directly to the Sales Partner with the Sales Partner themselves.
Product Assurance: In the unlikely event that the committed product is unavailable in the future, the invested amount will be returned to the client in cash or an equivalent asset will be provided.
Instalment Due Date: All members/sales partners are required to deposit their monthly instalment amount at the Head Office or a Branch Office by the 10th of every month.
Right to Amend: BALAJI REAL INFRATECH PVT LTD reserves the exclusive right to alter or modify these scheme rules at any time, and the organizers' decision shall be final and binding.
Banking Charges: Any charges incurred due to cheque payment (e.g., bank clearing charges) will be levied on and recovered from the respective member.
Binding Agreement: Members joining this scheme confirm that they have read and understood the rules provided in the booking form. All members are bound by these terms.
Legal Jurisdiction: This scheme is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Ahmedabad.
